As a member of the Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (SIPPT), the SHEQ Expert is responsible for safety, health, environment, and quality aspects of projects within the designated zone. This role involves supporting project preparation, implementation, and execution, analyzing incidents and accidents, and proactively improving Franki Foundations' well-being, sustainability, and quality policies. The SHEQ Expert advises employees on SHEQ regulations, substitutes for colleagues in other zones, and seeks constructive and pragmatic solutions, fostering a strong team spirit.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a SHEQ department, with at least five years of experience in an HSE service. Experience as a head of a SIPPT is advantageous. Required qualifications include Prevention Advisor Level 1 or 2 and basic training in environmental management. Proficiency in French and Dutch is essential, with a good command of English considered a plus. The candidate should possess knowledge of well-being and environmental management laws, be familiar with management systems (ISO, VCA, CO2 performance ladder, CSRD), and have strong skills in office tools like Excel and Word. Attributes such as proactivity, assertiveness, analytical skills, initiative, strong communication abilities, diplomacy, and teamwork are crucial. A valid B driver's license is also required.
