Shift Lead Grocery Associate

Wolt is seeking a Shift Lead Grocery Associate to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, Serbia. As a rapidly expanding technology company, Wolt has evolved from delivering restaurant food to offering a wide range of products in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, we partnered with DoorDash to further our global reach. This role is integral to our Wolt Market operations, ensuring seamless store functionality and exceptional customer service.

The Shift Lead will oversee daily store operations, stepping in for the Store Manager when necessary. Responsibilities include supporting order processes, resolving team issues, managing workloads, and maintaining administrative duties. Additionally, the Shift Lead will collect and relay feedback and actively contribute to the development of store operations.

Ideal candidates will have experience in grocery store environments, demonstrate quick learning abilities, and possess strong multitasking skills. A proactive, service-oriented mindset is essential, along with a positive attitude suited for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Proficiency in both Serbian and English is required.
