Wolt is seeking a Shift Lead for its new Wolt Market located within the Ferencváros Metro in Budapest, Hungary. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team in a dynamic retail environment. The Shift Lead will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, representing the Wolt brand positively, and ensuring precise and accurate work execution. Key duties include collaborating with team members, motivating staff, and participating actively in the store's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Candidates should have experience in retail or warehouse sales, with prior experience as a shift leader being advantageous but not mandatory. The role requires independent, proactive work habits, assertive communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Applicants must be willing to work various shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours, as the Wolt Market Ferencváros Hub operates Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Fluency in Hungarian and at least basic proficiency in English are essential.
