Smart Automation Support Engineer

Experian is seeking a Smart Automation Support Engineer to join our Technology Department in Hyderabad. This role involves delivering expert support for Python-based automations and Automation Anywhere RPA solutions, contributing to our mission of leveraging data and technology to empower businesses and consumers worldwide.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues and implementing bug fixes for Python scripts and RPA workflows, collaborating with COE teams, SMEs, and developers to maintain and optimize automation solutions, and contributing to Agile and iterative development cycles for automation enhancements. The role also involves staying informed on the latest trends in Automation, AI, and RPA, and recommending solutions to drive next-level automation capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Python and Selenium WebDriver, strong knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, Requests, and OpenPyxl, and a solid understanding of error handling, multithreading, and advanced Python concepts. Experience in API integration and management, familiarity with Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools, and the ability to work flexible hours to provide extended support coverage for North America time zones are also required.
