The role involves collaborating closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, building trust with prospects by addressing their questions and overcoming objections, and educating potential clients on the benefits of workplace wellness solutions. Additionally, the representative will utilize CRM and sales tools to track prospect interactions and manage the sales pipeline, while participating in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and contribute to the company's growth.
