The SME Sales Manager - LATAM position is pivotal in accelerating Awin's growth within the Latin American market. This role focuses on educating and guiding small and medium-sized advertisers through the value proposition of Awin's affiliate marketing platform and managed services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding Awin's presence by building strong relationships and offering tailored solutions that drive performance and business growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining an accurate LATAM and global prospect/sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, conducting targeted outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, and qualifying leads by understanding their specific needs and challenges. The role also involves delivering persuasive sales presentations, engaging with senior decision-makers about strategic market trends, and overseeing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract signing and internal handoff.

The ideal candidate should possess strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work harmoniously within a team. Confidence in communication, particularly when interacting with clients via telephone and email, is essential. A results-oriented mindset with a drive to maximize both financial and career opportunities is crucial. While affiliate marketing experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Salesforce, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, are also important.

Awin offers a flexible four-day workweek at full pay, with no reduction to the annual holiday allowance, emphasizing work-life balance. The company provides an international culture with hybrid/remote work possibilities, health and dental insurance for employees and their families without salary deductions, and support with transportation and food vouchers. Additionally, Awin offers extensive training through the Awin Academy, English language course subsidies, and a remote working allowance to support the setup of an appropriate workspace.

Established in 2000, Awin prides itself on a dynamic, social, and inclusive culture. The company has adapted to virtual environments, fostering global connections through its 'Life @ Awin' hub. Diversity and inclusion are paramount, with a commitment to hiring diverse team members and championing uniqueness and authenticity.
