SoC Architect, Automotive HPC
LG Electronics is seeking a SoC Architect for Automotive High-Performance Computing (HPC) to join our innovative team. As a SoC Architect, your primary responsibilities will include defining scalable system architectures that integrate LG's CPU and AI technologies for automotive use. You will lead the architectural direction of our automotive portfolio, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, reliability, and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive innovation and deliver world-class automotive solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in designing complex SoCs, particularly within automotive applications, is required. Proficiency in hardware description languages such as Verilog or VHDL, along with experience in hardware/software co-design and co-verification, is essential. Knowledge of automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and security principles is also highly desirable.
LG Electronics offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and variable compensation targets. The total compensation ranges from $100,000 to $500,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, education, background, and location.
