Social Impact & Culture Project Manager
The Social Impact & Culture Project Manager at WPP Media is a pivotal role dedicated to enhancing the company's internal culture and external social impact. Key responsibilities include developing communications and activities that reinforce WPP Media's unique culture and core values, creating and leading socially relevant projects aligned with the company's objectives, organizing inspiring events and activities for colleagues in collaboration with the Director of Culture, and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while facilitating smooth collaboration with all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of six years of experience in project management, employee engagement, and/or social impact. They should be a champion of diversity and inclusivity, capable of creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and respected. A proactive 'Make It Happen' attitude is essential, with the ability to translate strategies into concrete actions, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Strong ownership skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and transparency regarding progress and outcomes are crucial.
