Social Media Specialist - Mindshare

As a Social Media Specialist at Mindshare, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our clients' social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role involves creating and executing strategic content that aligns with brand objectives, fostering audience engagement, and contributing to the overall digital marketing efforts of the company.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing creative and brand-appropriate content, including posts, videos, stories, and reels, from concept to execution. You will plan and implement social media campaigns and promotions, monitor and analyze content performance, and provide insights to optimize future strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure cohesive communication and participate in the strategic planning of social media content.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in social media management, with a preference for those with 2-3 years in a similar role or agency environment. Strong copywriting skills, creativity, and proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are essential. Effective communication skills in both Hungarian and English are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
