Software Engineer (TS/SCI Clearance)
Armada is seeking a Software Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain applications and services running on container runtimes like Docker. Collaborating closely with our DevOps and Infrastructure teams, you will ensure robust, scalable, and efficient deployment processes. Your work will focus on high-performance, scalable networking solutions tailored for software-defined networks, telecom, and IoT applications.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining microservices and applications using Golang or Java, implementing features for dynamic network management such as automatic failover and load balancing, and designing scalable APIs for network automation. You will also be responsible for debugging Kubernetes clusters, implementing best practices for CI/CD pipelines, and staying updated with industry trends related to software-defined networks and cloud-native development.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in software development, with proven expertise in Golang or Java. Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration, familiarity with Kubernetes API, and knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI are essential. A solid understanding of networking protocols, SD-WAN architecture, and strong problem-solving skills are also required. U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are mandatory for this position.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $130,830 to $163,530, with an additional clearance premium of $25,000 per year for maintaining an active TS/SCI clearance.
