Solutions Architect
Mesh is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead customers from contract signing to live deployment and scaling. As the technical expert on Mesh's APIs and SDKs, you will design implementation strategies, mentor customer engineering teams, and create playbooks to accelerate product delivery across sectors such as fintech, iGaming, PSPs, and top exchanges. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Support teams.
In this position, you will serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving rapid and successful customer implementations and adoption. Your responsibilities include designing and delivering post-sales solutions—such as analytics, processes, documentation, and infrastructure—to expedite time to value. You will also optimize tools and data to enhance workflows and customer experience, guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices, and resolve technical issues to maintain project momentum. Additionally, you will create playbooks and implementation guides to streamline onboarding and usage, partner cross-functionally with executives for technical deep dives and platform optimization, and stay current on crypto and fintech trends, with occasional travel.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience, along with over three years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering, ideally leading implementations in a startup environment. Strong communication skills are essential for building trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional partners. Proven experience in designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations is required, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling (API management, reporting, AI/automation) is necessary, along with a working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, regulatory considerations, and real-world use cases. Experience on early-stage or founding teams is strongly preferred.
The annual base salary range for this role is $124,100 to $167,900 in San Francisco and New York. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. For candidates outside of San Francisco and New York, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market and location-based pay band. The base salary range excludes commission (if applicable), equity, and benefits.
At Mesh, employees are not stepping into a typical role—they are joining a rapidly growing company tackling complex, meaningful problems that move the industry forward. The team is sharp, motivated, and operates with ownership, allowing employees to see their work ship quickly, make a real impact, and be able to point to something and say, "I built that." Employees will grow fast, level up their skills, and get a front-row seat to how a high-growth company scales from the inside, with competitive compensation, solid benefits, and room to stretch their craft all coming standard. If you're energized by building, learning, and shaping something big—this is where you'll want to be.
