Solutions Engineer

Baselayer is a New York-based company specializing in AI-driven risk solutions for financial institutions. Their platform automates merchant onboarding, underwriting, and fraud prevention, serving over 2,000 financial institutions and government agencies.

The Solutions Engineer will act as a technical liaison between Baselayer and its clients, guiding them through API integrations and ensuring successful deployment of Baselayer's products. This role involves creating technical documentation, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a technical role, product management, or customer-facing position, with a solid understanding of API concepts and web technologies. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer success is preferred.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $135,000 to $220,000, plus equity. Benefits encompass flexible paid time off, fully paid health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a 401(k) plan with company match, and a $250 annual gym stipend.
