The Solutions Manager at The Orchard plays a pivotal role within the Relationship Teams, focusing on the success of the labels and artists we collaborate with. This client-facing position is integral to the onboarding process, content management, and addressing operational and administrative inquiries, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and seamless release workflows.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the complete onboarding of new artists and labels, from account setup to payment details and catalog integrations. The Solutions Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients and our administrative teams—Legal, Finance, and Operations—resolving issues, gathering feedback, and advocating for client needs. Additionally, the role involves advising clients on product logistics, managing complex setups for digital and physical releases, and coordinating with the Operations Team to handle catalog management tasks such as deletions, takedowns, pricing adjustments, and territory modifications.

The ideal candidate possesses over three years of experience in distribution, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset with a keen interest in optimizing processes and workflows. A deep understanding of distribution requirements, metadata, and digital service provider (DSP) strategies is essential. Proficiency in German is required, and fluency in English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
