Agoda is seeking a Specialist to join its Fintech Solutions team in Bangkok. This role involves co-leading the design, testing, and operation of core financial systems across various domains, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Tax. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing Agoda's finance technology landscape.

Key responsibilities include supporting daily and month-end financial operations, developing and implementing finance technology solutions, and serving as the primary point of contact for operational issues. The Specialist will also maintain process documentation, assess upstream changes impacting finance systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in finance systems or related domains. Proficiency in SQL and experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion ERP, are advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, are essential.
