Specialist, Platform Reporting
The Specialist, Platform Reporting at Focus Financial Partners is responsible for supporting the daily operations and maintenance of the company's reporting platforms and data outputs. This role ensures that reports are accurate, timely, and adhere to established standards. The specialist collaborates closely with platform managers, analysts, and data teams, operating with increasing independence in a production reporting environment.
Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of reporting platforms and tools, configuring and maintaining standard reports and dashboards, monitoring report outputs and data quality, and investigating and escalating issues as needed. The specialist also supports testing and validation of new reports and data changes, maintains documentation for reports and reporting processes, coordinates with various teams on assigned work, assists with onboarding and training related to reporting tools, and addresses routine user inquiries.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of one year of experience in reporting, operations, data, or technology support roles is required. Experience with structured data and reporting tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within defined processes are essential. Familiarity with financial or investment reporting concepts and experience with reporting platforms such as Orion or Addepar are preferred. Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus.
The annual base salary for this exempt position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000, depending on factors such as experience, expertise, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
