In this role, the Senior Counsel will be responsible for managing and protecting Archer56's expanding IP portfolio, which includes patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. Key responsibilities encompass drafting and negotiating IP agreements, conducting IP due diligence, and providing strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders on IP risks and opportunities. The position requires close collaboration with engineering teams to identify and assess competitive IP assets and their impact on business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and have at least 5-10 years of experience in patent prosecution, counseling, or litigation, with a minimum of 3 years in an operating company or agency setting. A technical background in physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial for success in this role.

Archer56 offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $230,000 to $250,000, complemented by bonuses, stock options, and other forms of compensation.
