Sr. Manager, Corporate Finance
Viant Technology is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Finance to lead critical aspects of budgeting, Board material preparation, quarterly earnings support, leadership communication, ad-hoc analysis, and M&A/capital markets support. This high-impact, strategic, and hands-on role operates within a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive business planning, strategic initiatives, corporate development, and investment decisions.
Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering budget and Board materials, executive presentations, various reporting packages, and ad-hoc analyses to ensure senior leadership has access to relevant insights for critical strategic and operational decisions. The role also involves contributing to the quarterly earnings preparation process, conducting external benchmarking and shareholder/peer analysis, providing analytical support for M&A activities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, capital markets, investor relations, or financial planning and analysis. Proven experience influencing and collaborating with senior executives, advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive, self-starter mentality are essential. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required, with CFA, MBA, and/or CPA credentials considered a plus.
Viant offers a competitive base salary range of $150,000 to $175,000, with final compensation based on factors including work experience and education.
