The role requires the ability to influence stakeholders with competing priorities, a strong sense of ownership to achieve measurable and timely results, and an aptitude for rapid learning and iteration. Excellent written communication skills are necessary for building rapport with clients via email and phone. Experience with retirement plans or payroll providers, as well as familiarity with industry regulations, is also important. Proficiency with CRM and project management systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Asana is preferred.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $99,000 to $110,000, depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance. A flexible paid time off policy and potential eligibility for a company incentive bonus are also part of the compensation package.

Betterment fosters a culture of innovation and inclusivity, aiming to transform financial outcomes for clients. The company values diverse perspectives and encourages collaboration to achieve ambitious goals. Employees are empowered to lead change and have access to dedicated professional development opportunities.
