The role also involves acting as a facilitator, coach, and advisor, bringing strategic vision, fostering a culture of innovation, and demonstrating inspiring leadership to motivate teams to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional customer value.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering SaaS services across diverse customer sizes and industries, with a proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and profitability targets. Experience in utilizing a consultative approach to deliver high-value SaaS solutions aligned with customer programs is essential. The candidate should have led and motivated a services delivery team comprising engagement or project managers, be comfortable with a matrixed resource structure, and have consistently delivered customer solutions that drive value while achieving project financial goals. Strong leadership, mentoring, and employee development skills are required, along with the ability to resolve customer, resource, scope, and budget challenges and influence customers to make optimal decisions for successful outcomes.
