Sr. Product Designer

Betterment is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design initiatives for the Betterment at Work platform, which offers modern financial benefits to small and medium-sized businesses. This role focuses on enhancing the experiences of retirement advisors and employees planning for retirement through our web and mobile applications.

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for developing end-to-end user experiences, contributing to product strategy by identifying new opportunities, and crafting intuitive designs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, is essential to ensure cohesive and impactful product development.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful work across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in leveraging user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $160,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
