Sr. Software Engineer, DevOps
Conga is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in establishing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) patterns, collaborating closely with team members to achieve successful delivery solutions. As a key player in our DevOps initiatives, you will contribute to integrating project functions and resources across the product lifecycle, from planning and building to testing, deployment, and support.
In this position, you will be responsible for building automation infrastructure and continuously enhancing our software development processes, including CI/CD pipelines, databases, cloud services, and telemetry. You will coordinate and collaborate with development teams to streamline code deployment and proactively identify and resolve technical issues. Additionally, you will work alongside security engineers to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure the robustness of our systems.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in architecting and building scalable software solutions, particularly those involving compute-intensive workloads. Expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle, automation tools, frameworks, and troubleshooting hosting environment issues is essential. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, scripting languages such as Python, Bash, JavaScript, and PowerShell, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure are required. Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub, as well as a strong understanding of network infrastructure and security frameworks, will be advantageous.
