Staff Attorney, Senior Staff Attorney, or Senior Counsel, Immigrants' Rights Project

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney, Senior Staff Attorney, or Senior Counsel for its Immigrants' Rights Project (IRP) in New York, NY, or San Francisco, CA. This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week or eight days per month. The IRP, part of the ACLU's Legal Department, has been dedicated for nearly 40 years to litigating in trial and appellate courts nationwide, including the U.S. Supreme Court, to protect the civil rights and liberties of immigrants.
