Additionally, the role involves monitoring key business metrics, proactively identifying issues, and driving resolutions to enhance overall performance.
Candidates should possess over seven years of experience in product analytics or data science within a B2C environment. Essential skills include proficiency in SQL, experience with Python or R, and a solid understanding of machine learning techniques. The role requires practical knowledge of advanced experimentation tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a passion for understanding analytical challenges are also important. Experience in the fintech sector is considered a bonus.
