Staff/Lead LLM Data Scientist (Singapore based)

Agoda is seeking a Staff/Lead LLM Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this position, you will lead the development and deployment of large language models (LLMs) to enhance various aspects of our platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into our products, and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights. You will also be responsible for staying abreast of the latest advancements in natural language processing and applying them to solve complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, with a focus on natural language processing and large language models. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a related field is required, along with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
