Staffing/PEO Relationship Manager - Remote
The Staffing/PEO Relationship Manager at Experian is responsible for managing and expanding business relationships within the Employer Services division. This role focuses on supporting staffing and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) clients, ensuring superior customer experiences and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships by understanding their business needs and acting as the liaison between clients and internal departments. The manager will create strategic account plans, support the renewal of existing business, and coordinate service deliverables based on client requirements. Additionally, the role involves gathering data to demonstrate business impact and leading client briefings and business reviews.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 3 years of complex relationship management experience, preferably within the staffing or PEO industry. Experience in Employer Services such as verifications, unemployment, employer tax services, and onboarding is essential. Strong consultative sales, customer service, and project management skills are also required. The ability to travel is necessary for this position.
