Store Supervisor (Part-Time)
The Store Supervisor (Part-Time) at Studs plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the studio, serving as a trusted keyholder and frontline leader. This position is ideal for individuals who demonstrate strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently. As a Studio Supervisor, you'll assist in opening and closing the studio, support floor leadership during peak periods, and ensure a consistent customer and brand experience. This role requires maturity, ownership, and leadership by example.
Key responsibilities include independently opening and closing the studio, ensuring all procedures are completed accurately, supporting daily execution of visual merchandising, supply restocks, and studio upkeep, reviewing daily business and implementing strategies to drive results, acting as a floor leader during assigned shifts to help structure the team to deliver both sales and service goals, and upholding compliance with safety and brand standards, including regulations tied to piercing and studio cleanliness.
Required qualifications include prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role that included independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities, availability to work a flexible schedule of varying days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, a proven track record of professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in a customer-facing environment, comfort standing for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) and able to lift/move at least 20 lbs, ability to handle chemicals safely and follow all relevant health, safety, and compliance protocols, confidence operating solo and taking ownership of floor leadership responsibilities when assigned, and a positive attitude, receiving feedback well, and contributing to a collaborative, service-oriented team culture.
