The Strategic Account Manager role at Ceribell focuses on expanding the use of the company's innovative EEG platform within existing customer bases in the Northwest Pacific region, specifically Seattle and Portland. This position involves close collaboration with Clinical Account Managers to identify and develop opportunities for introducing Ceribell's technology into new departments such as Emergency Departments (ED), Intensive Care Units (ICU), and Neonatal units. The role requires approximately 70% travel and reports directly to the Regional Vice President of Account Management.

Key responsibilities include driving new and organic growth by expanding Ceribell's presence into additional departments and indications within existing customer facilities. The Strategic Account Manager will work alongside Clinical Account Managers to build advocacy, deliver formal presentations, and provide peer-to-peer education to support departmental expansions. Additionally, the role entails managing upgrades and overseeing project management tasks to ensure successful new department launches.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of recent critical care sales experience or a combination of 5 years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales with over 3 years of RN clinical experience. Experience working with multiple key stakeholders, such as physicians, management, and administration, is essential. Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and strategic prioritization are critical for success in this role. Candidates should also possess the confidence to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change through consensus building.

Compensation for this position ranges from $185,000 to $325,000 annually, with the final offer based on the candidate's skills, education, work location, and experience.
