In this role, you will lead strategic account planning, manage renewals and upselling processes, and conduct regular business reviews and health checks. Additionally, you will interface with internal teams to resolve client issues, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in revenue management, marketing, sales, or service delivery within the hotel industry. Strong communication skills, particularly with C-level stakeholders, and fluency in English and Japanese are highly valued. A deep understanding of hotel industry structures, proficiency in tools like Excel and Salesforce, and experience with hotel systems such as PMS, CRS, or RMS are advantageous. The role requires a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
