Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Director
Airship is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Director to lead and expand its partner strategy across the Americas. This role involves managing a high-performing team and developing strategic relationships with key technology and solution partners to enhance Airship's presence in the MarTech ecosystem. The position is remote within the U.S.
The Director will be responsible for designing and scaling the agency ecosystem, building partner enablement programs, identifying and developing new partnerships, and driving sourced and co-sell revenue. This includes creating training and certification pathways, scouting and onboarding strategic alliances, and collaborating with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with company objectives.
Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel sales within the SaaS or MarTech industry. A proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that drive measurable revenue is essential. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster executive-level relationships are also required.
