As a Strategic Pricing Lead at Conga, you will spearhead the development of value-based pricing strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. This role combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities, requiring you to conduct market and customer research, design pricing frameworks, build financial models, and enable go-to-market teams. Your work will be critical to pricing our evolving product offerings, including AI functionality, competitive positioning, and driving revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will include leading market opportunity assessments and competitive landscape analyses, designing and executing customer value research, and synthesizing insights into actionable pricing recommendations. You will develop value-based pricing frameworks and monetization models anchored in customer segmentation, manage the lifecycle from new product launch through optimization, and build financial models and ROI analyses quantifying customer value. Additionally, you will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, create enablement materials, and coach customer-facing teams on value-based selling.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, with an MBA or Master's preferred. You should have 8-10 years of experience in pricing strategy, product marketing, or monetization roles, with proven SaaS and high-growth experience. Deep expertise in value-based pricing methodologies and SaaS business models, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and experience conducting market and customer research are essential. Proven ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strategic thinking are also required.
