Strategy Coordinator
The Strategy Coordinator will manage client accounts, optimize marketing campaigns, collaborate with teams, report on metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing existing client accounts, campaigns, and client requests; researching clients' industries and products to understand their needs and optimize campaigns; collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are met on time and successfully delivered; providing clear and timely responses to emails from clients and internal teams; presenting deliverables and analyses to clients confidently and accurately; training alongside senior team members to develop an in-depth understanding of ASO principles and company best practices; learning how outside factors impact organic ASO performance; accurately answering questions and/or directing clients to the correct avenue within the company; managing and preparing result-tracking and reporting across relevant metrics for partners' organic and paid marketing campaigns; analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement; retaining clients and growing existing accounts for possible expansion of relationship; and identifying potential and strategic growth within existing accounts for the Business Development Team to up-sell.
Required qualifications include versatile and strong communication, presentation, and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively and proactively with clients and internal team; ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects and meet tight deadlines; thorough attention to detail and follow-through; excellent organization and project management skills; familiarity and solid working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; ability to thrive with minimal direct supervision/management, but foresight and confidence to ask questions when needed; and experience experimenting with AI tools in personal or professional life, or an eagerness to learn.
The starting base pay range for this position is $66,000-$69,000 USD per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives.
