Strategy & Operations Manager
Garner Health is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in New York City. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations and is pivotal in executing strategic initiatives that align with our mission to transform the healthcare economy. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to drive high-priority projects and enhance operational processes.
In this position, you will lead and execute strategic projects across various business areas, focusing on initiatives prioritized by Garner's leadership. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational processes in collaboration with subject matter experts, managing company KPIs, and driving annual and quarterly planning processes. Additionally, you will work directly with leadership on high-visibility initiatives, providing broad exposure across the company.
The ideal candidate possesses over three years of experience in strategic problem-solving roles, such as management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startups. Key qualifications include the ability to deconstruct unstructured problems, recommend solutions, and implement them with cross-functional stakeholders. A strong ownership mentality, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential. Interest or experience in the healthcare sector and a commitment to improving the U.S. healthcare system are highly valued.
Compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $185,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
