Student Trainee Employment & Pensions
Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm, is offering a two-month student internship within its Employment & Pensions team in Amsterdam. This opportunity is designed for law students in the final phase of their studies, providing exposure to high-quality legal work in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
As a student trainee, you will be fully integrated into the daily operations of the Employment & Pensions team. Your responsibilities will include drafting notes, correspondence, and legal opinions, conducting legal research, attending meetings and hearings, and translating legal documents. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in internal training sessions and social events organized by the firm, offering a comprehensive understanding of both the work and the firm's culture.
Applicants should be ambitious and proactive, currently in the final phase of their Dutch law studies (bachelor or master). Fluency in Dutch is required, as the role involves working with Dutch legal materials and clients. The internship offers a monthly compensation of €1,000, along with reimbursement for lunch and travel expenses (second-class public transport), provided they are not covered by a student travel product.
