The Supplier Readiness Professional (B2B Customer Support) at Avetta plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers, and vendors. As the first point of contact for all Avetta customers, this position ensures a seamless onboarding and service experience. Avetta is a leading provider of supply chain risk management solutions, connecting clients with qualified suppliers to promote safety and sustainability.

In this role, the professional will provide support to Avetta customers via phone, email, and chat, assisting end-users in navigating the Avetta Cloud Application. Responsibilities include verifying technical documents submitted by end-users, resolving complex issues with a focus on customer experience, and accurately verifying details on regulatory documents. The position also involves supporting and explaining customer billing and subscription terms, recording interaction details in Service Cloud (SFDC), and coordinating with internal departments to address customer needs.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with prior call center experience being advantageous. Proficiency in PC applications, particularly Windows and related software, is essential. An affinity for learning online software systems, strong interpersonal skills, problem analysis and solving abilities, attention to detail, adaptability, self-motivation, and stress tolerance are key attributes for success in this role. The ability to learn and apply new information or skills is also critical.

Compensation for this position is competitive, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour USD. The role offers a hybrid work schedule after an initial 4-8 week training period, requiring 100% attendance during training. Employees are expected to work in the office from Tuesday to Thursday and have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
