The Supplier Readiness Professional (B2B Customer Support) at Avetta serves as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring a seamless onboarding and service experience. This role is integral to maintaining Avetta's world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers, and vendors. The position requires fluency in both French and English to effectively support a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities include providing professional support to all Avetta customers via phone, email, chat, and other service channels. The role involves helping end-users navigate the Avetta Cloud Application, verifying technical documents submitted by end users, and resolving complex issues with a focus on customer experience. Additionally, the professional will accurately verify details on regulatory documents, support and explain customer billing and subscription terms, and record details of interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC). Collaboration with internal departments and participation in outbound campaigns and annual update verifications are also essential duties.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service or call center environments, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Proficiency with PC applications and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. The role demands high attention to detail, adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with compliance documentation and supplier onboarding is a plus.

The position offers a pay rate of $16.50 per hour. After an initial 4-8 week training period in the office, the role requires a hybrid work schedule, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. The position is projected to start on October 27th, 2025, and requires 100% attendance during the first 8 weeks of training.
