SVP Group Account Director
As the Senior Vice President (SVP) Group Account Director at Monks, you will serve as the executive lead for one of our most strategically significant client relationships. This role operates at the intersection of enterprise partnership, commercial growth, operational leadership, creative production excellence, and AI-driven transformation. You will be both the commercial owner of the business and the architect of its AI-enabled evolution.
In this capacity, you will build senior-level trust, diagnose complex business challenges, and design AI-enabled operating models that drive measurable impact. Your responsibilities include aligning integrated marketing, creative, and production ecosystems to client business priorities and growth objectives, ensuring programs drive measurable brand impact, commercial performance, and operational advantage across channels. Additionally, you will act as the executive sponsor for high-impact initiatives, providing strategic oversight and cross-functional alignment.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in senior marketing or agency leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing and growing multi-million dollar global accounts. A deep understanding of marketing and production workflows is essential, along with demonstrated experience in translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions. Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholders, commercial acumen, operational rigor, and experience leading transformation initiatives are also required.
