The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing Technology at Focus Financial Partners will serve as the strategic leader and subject matter expert for all marketing-related technology platforms and integrations within the firm. Reporting to the IT department, this role will collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Experience, and other key business units to design, implement, and optimize technology solutions that drive client acquisition, deepen relationships, and deliver measurable return on investment. The ideal candidate will possess deep marketing technology expertise and strong business acumen, with a proven ability to translate marketing objectives into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include defining and leading the firm's marketing technology vision to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and IT governance. The SVP will partner with Marketing leadership to identify technology needs that support brand strategy, lead generation, and client engagement. This role involves owning the marketing technology roadmap, including the selection and integration of platforms, overseeing the administration and optimization of CRM, marketing automation, content management systems (CMS), client portals, and analytics tools. Additionally, the SVP will ensure seamless integration of marketing platforms with enterprise systems, including client data warehouses and compliance tools, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance personalization, analytics, and campaign effectiveness.

The position requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the financial services industry, preferably across Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), wealth management, asset management, and/or insurance environments, is essential. The candidate should have a proven track record of implementing and managing enterprise-level marketing technology stacks and demonstrated experience working in Salesforce, including Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. A strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics, and personalization technologies is necessary, along with deep knowledge of data governance, integration architectures, and regulatory requirements in financial services. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, as well as strategic thinking abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.

The annualized base salary for this exempt position is expected to be between $200,000 and $250,000. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
