SVP, People & Culture
Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Vice President of People & Culture to lead its global People function during a transformative period. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy across all business units, driving company-wide AI adoption, and leading culture transformation initiatives. The SVP will report to the Chief Business Officer and collaborate closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and investment partners to stabilize and strengthen the organization's culture.
Key responsibilities include reimagining the People function in an AI-driven environment by investing in tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and scalability. The SVP will oversee core HR operations, ensuring systems and policies are compliant and support a growing global workforce. Additionally, the role involves designing competitive compensation and benefits programs, partnering with Finance to align compensation strategies with business objectives, and leading talent acquisition efforts to support the company's evolving needs.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role such as SVP, VP of People, or CHRO. Experience leading a global People function in organizations with over 2,000 employees across multiple geographies is essential. The candidate should demonstrate success in navigating complex organizational transformations, possess deep functional expertise across the HR spectrum, and have strong global experience, particularly in managing international complexities.
Smartsheet offers a competitive base salary range of $300,000 to $350,000, along with a market-competitive incentive opportunity.
