Systems Engineer III- ISR
As a Systems Engineer III at Voyager Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced signals intelligence (SIGINT) systems. This position is integral to our engineering team, focusing on the implementation, testing, and documentation of SIGINT software and hardware solutions that directly contribute to national security missions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, documenting, and testing components for SIGINT systems based on established architectures and designs. Your duties will include modeling, simulation, integration, testing, and analysis of signal processing algorithms. Additionally, you will support system integration and testing efforts both in our laboratory and at customer facilities, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in software and hardware components.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of engineering experience, with at least two years focused on signal collection and signal processing systems. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited university is required. Proficiency with software-defined radios (SDRs) and their application in SIGINT systems, knowledge of wireless communications systems and protocols, and experience with modeling and simulation of signal processing algorithms are essential. Strong understanding of electromagnetic fundamentals related to antennas and receiving systems is also necessary.
