Systems Test Engineer

RADAR is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to support the development of advanced RFID inventory management platforms. This role involves working within a collaborative team to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of in-store product tracking systems. The company focuses on transforming physical retail experiences by integrating RFID and AI technologies to provide real-time product visibility and automation.

The Systems Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining laboratory environments to evaluate hardware performance. Key duties include designing, assembling, and documenting test fixtures and procedures, executing both manual and automated hardware tests, and analyzing test results to communicate findings to cross-functional teams.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 0–3 years of experience in system test development. Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python, is required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
