Talent Acquisition Partner

Modulr is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their London team, focusing on enhancing recruitment strategies within the payments automation sector. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and support the company's growth.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will design and implement sourcing strategies for complex and senior roles, craft personalized outreach to engage candidates, and build strategic talent pipelines. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and leading inclusive hiring initiatives.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms, and a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices are essential.
