Agoda is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner/Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic People Team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce by collaborating with hiring managers to understand business objectives and develop tailored recruitment strategies. As part of Agoda, a leading online travel booking platform and a member of Booking Holdings, you'll contribute to connecting travelers with over 2.5 million accommodations worldwide.

In this position, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities include building and nurturing a network of high-potential talents globally, engaging in creative talent mapping to build our candidate pipeline, and providing market intelligence to inform hiring decisions. Additionally, you'll work on recruitment projects and training initiatives to elevate hiring standards across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company or top-tier agency. You should possess the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership using a data-driven approach, experience in closing candidates at all levels and negotiating complex compensation packages, and strong proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, Greenhouse, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive mindset to identify and drive process improvements, are essential.
