Talent & People Operations Lead

Profluent is seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent & People Operations Lead to join our Operations team. In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle and strengthen our people operations, playing a critical part in building Profluent’s team and culture. This position offers the opportunity to directly shape our team and culture during a pivotal stage of growth.

Key responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruiting across technical and general administrative functions, from sourcing to closing. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to define roles, set hiring strategies, and ensure efficient processes. Additionally, you will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, and outreach, and develop Profluent’s employer brand to attract top talent. Owning and improving HR processes such as onboarding, benefits, compliance, and offboarding, as well as driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, are also integral parts of this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in dedicated recruiting, with additional experience in people operations, ideally in a high-growth environment. A proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and general administrative roles is essential. Understanding of or a desire to learn HR fundamentals, including compliance and employee relations, along with excellent interpersonal, project management, and communication skills, are required. The ability to thrive in ambiguity, build structure, and drive outcomes independently is also important.
