Team Lead Back-end Developer (Node.js)
BrainRocket is seeking a Team Lead Back-end Developer (Node.js) to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring transparency about challenges and successes, hiring and training technical personnel, and developing project requirements and work schedules. You will delegate tasks, achieve set goals, liaise with team members and management, and foster an environment where staff can voice concerns and ask questions. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to identify and resolve technical issues, focusing on in-house platform development, third-party API integrations, and the creation of new features from scratch.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in web development, including 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in JavaScript and ECMAScript 6 standards, along with a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience with Node.js, is required. Experience with databases such as MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis, as well as implementing REST and WebSockets, is essential. Familiarity with Git version control and an advanced level of English are also necessary. Experience with TypeScript is considered a plus.
