The company is seeking a Team Leader UAC Buyer to join its dynamic team.
The Team Leader UAC Buyer will be responsible for building a team and developing operational processes for User Acquisition Campaign (UAC) traffic acquisition. Key responsibilities include analyzing campaigns and managing traffic to meet established KPIs, efficiently utilizing allocated budgets for traffic acquisition, and preparing reports for stakeholders, clients, and team members. The role also involves team management and potentially organizing processes and personnel for the development of proprietary applications, primarily focusing on UAC, with potential expansion into Facebook and In-App departments.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience with Google Ads (UAC) in gray-hat verticals and a strong understanding of mobile attribution. The ability to manage budgets to achieve KPIs, experience with Android/iOS mobile apps, and skills in rapidly scaling ad campaigns are essential. Creativity in generating new ideas and testing new approaches, understanding of creatives for UAC campaigns, and staying updated with Google Ads trends and algorithm updates are also required. Experience in team management and optimization of operational tasks is highly desirable.
