Tech Lead .Net & React full stack – AI Enablement

Experian is seeking a Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI Enablement team. This team is dedicated to building a unified platform that empowers engineering teams to rapidly and safely deploy AI-powered features. As a key member, you will provide architectural leadership across both backend and frontend components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

In this role, you will lead architectural decisions for backend APIs, MCP services, frontend contributions, and cross-cutting platform components. Your responsibilities include defining and evolving contribution models and extension frameworks, maintaining clear boundaries between platform, product, and extension layers, and guiding teams in system design, scalability, observability, and maintainability.

We require strong expertise in (C#) for backend and service development, and Node.js, React, and TypeScript for frontend and platform UI engineering. Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale architectures, a strict test-first mindset, and practical experience integrating or building with LLM-based platforms are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence engineering direction are also important.
