The Technical Compliance Program Manager for Federal Programs at Armada is responsible for guiding the company's products through federal accreditation processes, including FedRAMP High, DoD IL5/IL6, and agency-specific Authorizations to Operate (ATOs). This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve on-schedule, audit-ready releases, ensuring that Armada's solutions meet stringent federal compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include planning, tracking, and executing end-to-end accreditation efforts; translating cybersecurity standards such as NIST 800-53 and CNSSI into actionable engineering tasks; aligning Security, Cloud, Hardware, DevOps, and Federal teams; serving as the primary point of contact for 3PAOs, Authorizing Officials, and internal leadership; managing integrated program plans and developing risk mitigation strategies; establishing repeatable processes to streamline future accreditation cycles; and promoting security-by-design principles within engineering teams.

Required qualifications encompass over six years of technical or program management experience, with at least three years leading products through FedRAMP High and/or DoD IL5/IL6 accreditation; demonstrated expertise with RMF, NIST 800-53, DFARS, CMMC, and coordination with 3PAOs and government Authorizing Officials; a strong technical background in cloud infrastructure and networking; proven ability to communicate program status effectively to senior leadership; U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Secret or higher security clearance; and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications include experience delivering ruggedized or disconnected systems through classified ATOs; relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or CISSP; and a track record of scaling processes from early-stage to large-scale federal contracts.
