Appier is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Tokyo team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our product team, customers, and sales, ensuring that our AI-driven solutions effectively meet client business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and implement technical solutions for clients using our existing products and concepts, while also conveying new client requirements to the product team to support continuous improvement and localization for the Japanese market.

Key responsibilities include gathering and communicating new requirements or feedback from customers to the product team, facilitating discussions with customers regarding product scope, technical implementation, and operational best practices, and establishing and nurturing trustworthy long-term relationships with Japanese clients, demonstrating reliability and cultural understanding throughout the engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, the ability to identify and grasp business requirements, and strong communication and moderation skills. A graduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or any engineering discipline is required. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct customer-facing role, experience in customer-facing project management and delivery, and demonstrated knowledge in web/app tracking, data analytics, digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, CDP, or DMP are essential. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.

Proficiency in Japanese at a native level is required, along with the ability to read and write in English; business-level proficiency in English is highly welcomed.
