Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Armada is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Bellevue, Washington office. As a full-stack edge infrastructure company, Armada delivers compute, connectivity, and sovereign AI/ML solutions to some of the world's most remote locations. Our solutions are deployed in over 60 countries globally, serving organizations ranging from energy to defense.
In this role, the TPM will lead complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning hardware, infrastructure, IT systems, and operational readiness. Responsibilities include working closely with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on objectives, dependencies, timelines, and resource needs. The TPM will bring clarity and structure to complex workstreams by defining program plans, success criteria, and execution frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in the IT or technology vendor industry, with hands-on experience in hardware solutions, hardware lifecycle management, or hardware-dependent infrastructure environments. Familiarity with infrastructure build projects, such as data centers, edge deployments, or network installations, is essential. Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
