Technical Recruiter
MarqVision is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Seoul, Korea. In this position, you will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for our Engineering, Product, Data, and Design teams. Your responsibilities will include building a robust talent pipeline, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and enhancing our interview and evaluation procedures to maintain high hiring standards. Additionally, you will utilize data and AI insights to streamline hiring processes and provide strategic market insights to inform decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly within fast-growing organizations. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Lever is essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with leadership, and a commitment to maintaining high talent density are crucial for success in this role.
